Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
Navigating Transformational Healing with a Somatic, Relational, and IFS Approach
Psychedelic experiences have the potential to open doors to profound healing, insight, and self-discovery. However, the journey doesn’t begin or end with the experience itself. To create lasting change, it is essential to engage in intentional preparation and integration. My approach to psychedelic-assisted therapy is rooted in somatic awareness, relational attunement, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, offering a deeply supportive space to help you make sense of, embody, and integrate your journey.
Psychedelic Preparation: Laying the Groundwork for a Meaningful Journey
Before engaging with psychedelics, it’s crucial to prepare both mind and body.
Preparation helps set the foundation for a more intentional and beneficial experience, allowing you to enter the journey with clarity, curiosity, and safety. Through a somatic, relational, and IFS lens, our preparation work may include:
Clarifying Your Intention – What is calling you to this experience? What are you hoping to explore, heal, or understand?
Exploring Internal Parts (IFS) – Identifying and developing relationships with different parts of yourself that may arise in the journey—protectors, exiles, and core Self.
Regulating the Nervous System (Somatic Work) – Learning grounding and resourcing techniques to navigate intense emotions and sensations.
Understanding Set and Setting – Exploring how your mindset and environment can shape the experience.
Addressing Fears and Resistance – Engaging in compassionate dialogue with any doubts or concerns that may surface.
Developing a Relational Anchor – Building trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for your process.
Through this preparatory process, we create a solid container that allows you to enter the psychedelic space with greater confidence, openness, and self-awareness.
Psychedelic Integration: Making Meaning of Your Experience
The real work begins after the psychedelic experience.
Without intentional integration, insights and emotions can remain fragmented or overwhelming, making it difficult to translate them into lasting transformation.
Using IFS, somatic therapy, and relational processing, we explore:
Somatic Integration – Attuning to how insights and emotions land in the body, releasing tension, and finding ways to embody your new understanding.
Revisiting Key Moments – Exploring significant aspects of the journey to gain deeper insight and perspective.
Dialogue with Internal Parts (IFS) – Helping protectors, exiles, and other parts integrate new wisdom without resistance or overwhelm.
Processing Emotional and Spiritual Themes – Exploring any shifts in identity, meaning, or relationships that arose from the experience.
Developing New Practices – Identifying how to carry insights forward into daily life through mindfulness, self-inquiry, and embodiment.
Navigating Challenges – Addressing any difficult emotions, memories, or existential questions that may have surfaced.
Integration is a deeply personal process that unfolds over time. My role is to support you in staying connected to what emerged, helping you integrate healing into your everyday life in a way that feels grounded, embodied, and meaningful.

Disclaimer: Ethical & Legal Considerations
Psychedelic integration is not about promoting or facilitating the use of psychedelics, but rather about harm reduction and providing support after an experience. I do not supply any substances—legal or illegal—nor do we refer clients to underground therapists. However, with the growing interest in psychedelics, I recognize the importance of integration therapy as a vital resource. My role is to offer a compassionate, structured space to help you safely and effectively process and integrate your experiences.
